We have trained Journey Leaders from all over the world to lead quality Journeys. We carefully select and train Journey Leaders who come from a variety of experiences and knowledge that adds to the team and equips them as they travel. Led2Serve Journey Leaders enjoy being able to select their preferred locations to lead, work a flexible schedule, and use their gifts and skills to lead others. As a Journey Leader you will travel with one of our teams in the USA or Costa Rica and oversee their pre-planned logistics during the week. You will work with Led2serve community partners and support all efforts, local to global.
A Journey Leader serves as the point person on Service Journeys for the entire team. Your role is to travel with the team and oversee the details we’ve planned in advance with the partner location. This could include coordinating between the established partner and Led2Serve regarding all aspects of the Journey. The focus is to equip and inspire the team, maintain partner relationships, and communicate daily schedules and projects while you are there!
